Packages

As an accountancy business, I know how important it is to know exactly how much you’re spending each day, week and month. That’s why I don’t work on an hourly rate but on a value based package fee.

By using this method, you know exactly what you will be paying each month and you will be getting better value. This is because by using an hourly rate model, you are simply exchanging your money for my time with no idea how long it may take or cost you making budgeting difficult.

The value based packages work in a way that allows me to tailor a bespoke package designed just for your company. Each company works in a different way and so this allows me to factor in the volume of transactions each month, turnover levels or the number of employees to run the payroll for.

Below are some examples of monthly packages I have provided to clients, each tailored specifically to their needs and requirements

Small Sole Trader - £125

This sole trader wanted me to look after all their accounting as their business was too busy and it was becoming difficult to keep on top of things. Their monthly package consisted of:

  • 30 Transactions

  • 1 Bank reconciliation

  • Monthly payroll for 1 employee

  • Self-Assessment Tax Return

Small Ltd Company - £300

The finances for this company had outgrown the owners but they were still too small to employ their own bookkeeper. I was able to come in and give them a hand in providing the following:

  • 75 Transactions

  • 1 Bank reconciliation

  • Quarterly VAT Returns

  • Monthly payroll for 3 employees

  • Company House Filings

  • Year End Accounts Submissions

  • Corporation Tax Calculation

Fractional FC - £1,350

This company had their own finance department but needed me to come in and provide them with management information to help them make business decisions to move their company forward. They couldn’t afford to employ another employee to provide this information and so they asked me to help. When I came on board, I was able to provide them with the following for 3 days a month:

  • Management Accounts

  • Rolling P&L forecast

  • Rolling 12 week cashflow forecast

  • A monthly analysis of the business performance for the month
